More Rites of Passage

Well, Landon got his first haircut several weeks ago! He was okay with it for a few minutes, then things went bad. But, he can see out of his eyes now. Also, Landon is getting tall! He was trying to get out of his crib, so we had to lower it. Landon is doing well, he was a little sick recently, but he's pretty much better. He likes to eat too...well, more accurate is...he likes to play with his food. - Chris and Mindy

New Years: Daytona

We took a trip up to the family condo in Daytona Beach over the New Year. Landon decided he wanted to start learning how to crawl. He starting rocking back and forth and leaping towards the things he wanted to get. But, wow...what a difference a week makes. One week later, after we returned from Daytona, he is racing around the house pretty good. I think one thing that motivated him was his quest to catch the cats, Boo and Mittens. They are quite surprised at his instant mobility. :) -Chris and Mindy

Landon's First Christmas

Landon celebrated his first Christmas this year. He was more interested in ripping and eating paper than presents. But, we enjoyed it! -Chris and Mindy

Christmas @ Disney

Landon took another trip to Disney over the Thanksgiving Break. We went to see the "Osbourne Family Lights" at MGM Studios. Here's some cool photos of the lights. He loved them. He was saying, "oh, oh, oh" for quite a while. Now, he really, really likes things that light up. We also found a really cool mini-golf course by Blizzard Beach. And, we stayed at "The Castle" hotel by Don Pablos. It was a great experience! -Chris and Mindy

We're Baaaaaack!

Well, we are finally back to posting on the family blog again after a very busy couple months. As a matter of fact, just in the last 2 weeks Landon has experienced his first 2 teeth coming in, 4 shots at his 6 month appointment, being sick and having roseola, 2 doctors appointments, and hospital visit where he had blood drawn to make sure he didn't have anything worse. And, to add to the excitement...we think his third tooth may be coming in. So, the last time we slept was around mid-October.

Anyway, Landon is doing well and has had many exciting adventures in the last couple of months. We hope you enjoy these photos.

First Trip to Daytona

Landon made his first trip to the family condo in Daytona. He had a good time. This was really his first time in a pool too. It was funny watching him process what was going on around him. He spent most of the time staring down at his feet in the water. We think he was trying to figure out if this was a bath or something different. Enjoy!
